Explore Tatcha's Pop-Up at Sephora

OVERVIEW
I led the Concept Creation, User Journey, and Environmental Design for Tatcha's first pop-ups in the Canadian market, hosted at flagship Sephora locations. Centered around Tatcha's Dewy Skin Cream and Water Cream, these immersive experiences were designed to make a lasting impact on customers, ensuring immediate recognition and a deep connection with the brand.
Inspired by the serene beauty of a Japanese garden, I developed the concept and 3D renderings, integrating a soothing purple palette with light wood and gold accents. Custom fixtures, including a bridge with cascading wisteria, enhanced the user journey, inviting guests into a tranquil and engaging environment that reflected Tatcha's ethos. This carefully crafted experience not only highlighted the products but also ensured that clients would remember Tatcha as a symbol of beauty and tranquility.
OUTCOME
Every element of the pop-up was designed with mindfulness and awareness, ensuring that visitors felt a sense of calm and connection as they explored. The purple hue symbolized both the brand's identity and a sense of childlike wonder for the products. The overall experience was immersive and memorable, allowing customers to not only discover Tatcha's latest products but also to experience the brand's unwavering commitment to beauty, tranquillity, and holistic well-being.
