RoC Skincare

OVERVIEW
Designed an experiential pop-up for RoC Skincare along Toronto's Ossington strip, built to spotlight the brand's hero lip volumizer through an immersive three-minute clinical experience. The brief called for a space that could hold its own on one of the city's most design-forward streets. Balancing clinical precision with contemporary warmth to feel equally credible and inviting.
Oversized spherical forms shaped the window facade, creating immediate street presence and nodding to the volumizing proposition of the product itself. Inside, three clinical chairs hosted beauty advisors delivering personalized lip treatments, before guiding visitors into a dedicated photo moment room, turning a three-minute ritual into a shareable, full-arc brand experience.

OUTCOME
The RoC Lip Volumizer clinic drove high foot traffic, converting passersby into participants through the draw of the window installation and the promise of a tangible, results-driven experience. The three-minute treatment format kept throughput high while maintaining an intimate, one-on-one feel. Propelling RoC as both clinically credible and culturally relevant to a local audience.
