OVERVIEW

Designed an immersive pop-up experience for Laneige, rooted in the brand's robust product suite spanning a full AM/PM ritual. Laneige Air became the concept vehicle,  carrying customers through a hydration journey that translates the brand's Korean beauty heritage into an elevated, accessible retail destination. The brief called for a space that positions Laneige as an everyday essential while feeling aspirational and transportive, guiding customers through a clearly structured yet playful ritual.

OUTCOME
The Laneige Air concept rolled out across 7 Sephora Canada locations, with each market receiving geo-localized postcards that extended the travel narrative beyond the physical space. Airline-style pamphlet menus gave customers a tangible, editorial guide through the product lineup — deepening engagement with the Terminal AM / Terminal PM routine structure and carrying the "From Our Seoul To Yours" promise from the gondola floor all the way to take-home, giving the discovery journey a clear beginning and end.
